Archer's Butchers in Islingword Road has been trading since 1936. 

Brian Archer joined his father Roger and Grandfather Jesse in the family business in 1961 

Prior to this, Archer's traded from a shop in Richmond Terrace in Brighton 

Brian can trace the family history back of meat trading and game keeping back to 1808.
